Do I have to pay to start my search?

There are no upfront application fees required in order to start your search. Our placement fee is only payable at the time you employ your nanny.

What checks are made on potential Nannies?

We meet all of our professionals before they join the Nurture agency. This means we can ensure all candidates we put forward have the relevant qualifications and experience, up-to-date DBS (formerly CRB) checks and first aid certificate, and good references from previous employers. Because we carefully screen and check all our Nannies for you, you are free to concentrate on the important bit - thinking about who will fit in best with your family

How do I go about employing my Nanny?

Once you have decided on the right person for your family, we can help you to negotiate a salary. We value our Nannies as professionals and will encourage salaries to be based on the responsibilities of the role, as well as your Nanny’s qualifications and experience. We can offer support in aspects of employment contracts and Nanny Tax / PAYE through our trusted partner organisations and experts.
